Suggest Treatment For Heamatoma
I fell on my ruckus and had major bruising. There is a hematoma near where my spine meets the pelvis. It s very painful and warm to the touch. I went to my doctor and he said it should heal on its own but the fact that the hematoma is painful and warm has me concerned.

The symptoms seem to be related to the injury. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen in case of pain.
I also suggest using cold compresses for local application. I agree with your doctor that it will heal on its own.
