Suggest Treatment For Hearing Loss And Fluid Behind The Ear Membrane

My five year old daughter was recently sent to an audiologists for failing her hearing test at the family doctor. It was discovered that she has some loss of hearing and fluid behind the membrane of her ear. She has been on musinex for a nagging cough, for the last week. I guess my question is what should I make sure i understand when i see the ENT

Well come to HCM
If the hearing loss is just partial and due to cold condition means Eustachian tube block then this is nothing to worry, because this would be fine soon, if you are going to see the ENT then audiogram would be matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care.
