General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult an ENT specialist and evaluated. We have to rule out possible causes like inner ear problems and labyrinthitis which can happen with dengue. A detailed evaluation is required including audiometry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
