Suggest Treatment For Hearing Problem For Right Ear

Hi doctor I have a problem In my right ear I was fall down and then I got a ringing on my right ear so I can t hear properly and I put drops on it recommended by doctor and got antibiotics but I haven t any improvement so what I should do when I put drops it s not going inside properly and I feel it s in my ear like water what I do thanks

hello, thanks for your query, post fall , ringing followed by loss of hearing suggests damage to ossicles, nerve injury or inner ear damage. assessment can be done by audiometry and otoendoscopy. kindly visit an Ent surgeon.all d best. take care.
