Suggest Treatment For Hearing Sounds In Ear, Dizziness And One Sided Headache

Been hearing whooshing sound in right ear for months. Dizziness is getting worse and now have pressure and stabbing pains on right side of head. I am a healthy 47 year old female who hates taking medications, but was told it was probably an allergy and have been taking Flonase and Claritin for over a week.
