Suggest Treatment For Heart Attack And Main Artery Block

My husband had a heart attack 5 weeks ago. There was a 100% block in the main artery. He flatlined twice. He is 47 years old was a smoker and quit, had high colesteral but on pills for it. In the last 5 weeks he has been drunk about 6 or 7 times and drinks anywhere between 2 and 4 drinks a day. Is this a concern?
