Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I understand your concern, and would explain that your symptoms don't seem to be cardiac related.
A pinched nerve or a radicular compression in your
cervical spine (probably by a cervical spine disk displacement) could be the cause of this
radicular pain.
I recommend consulting with a
neurologist for a careful physical examination, a cervical column x ray study, a
nerve conduction study (electroneurography) and some blood lab tests (
complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose, etc), to examine better the nerves in your upper limbs and any possible inflammation or metabolic disorder.
A cervical spine MRI scan may be necessary to examine better the anatomy of the spine and the nerve roots, for possible compression.
Meanwhile immobilization and some painkillers (ibuprofen, acetaminophen, etc.) are helpful, to relieve your pain.
Hope to have been helpful!
Best regards,
Dr. Iliri
