Suggest Treatment For Heart Pain, Sleeping Difficulty And Dizziness With Depression
hi my name is ZAney i am 17 and i am on anti depressants but i still have all of the side affects i have been using it for 5 months but i still cut myself and still have suicidal thoughts in fact its worse....i am actually really sick to i get bad heart cramps and head aches i dont sleep well have night mares i bruse easily i am dizzy almost all the time and i am really tired all the time
Thank you for asking on health care magic. I would suggest you the following: 1. Suicidal thoughts can sometimes increase during the initial period of treatment with antidepressants but in the long term chances of suicide decrease. You must share your thoughts with your treating doctor.
2. Consider adding anxiolytic to the current treatment at night for improving sleep. 3. Get help in the form of self help cognitive behavioral therapy for depression or professional CBT. 4. If you are not improving for last 5 months you need to change your prescription. 5. Use add on treatments such as relaxation exercises, enhancing Emotional quotient and vitamin D supplement can also help.
