Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitation After Work Outs

I am a women, 5 6 , 48 yrs, 164 lbs. I have had heart palpations since my early 20 s and have always been told this is normal. Two EKG s that were normal. I have had occasional irregular heart rhythm for about three years now. Recently (about two months) I started working with a trainer to get in shape. I have not been able to complete a workout without feeling like my heart is going to jump out of my chest or getting physically ill, even though I have tried very hard to pace myself and usually do only about 1/2 of what the trainer is requesting. Now, for about a week, I feel like my heart is just working harder than normal, full time, and my lower jaw and teeth are aching. I was seeing a Holistic doc a couple years ago, but have not been able to afford to continue since he doesn t take insurance. Is all of this normal for my age and/or current physical condition? Or, do I need to worry more? I do not currently have a regular doctor.

Palpitations after exercise is normal phenomenon but its too high or associated with ache its investigation is warranted.
so mentioned something irregular beats.
now further you should try measure pulse rate and try to get ecg done during episodes. alternatively you can get holter attached which will monitor your cardiac activity throughout the day and let us know if any abnormality is there.
Also avoid smoking alcohol too much coffee or cola drinks which causes palpitations
