Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations And Chest Pain

I went to the ER today with heart palpitations, they stopped about 10 mins BEFORE I got in there. However they started again, I put my hand on my pulse and can actually feel the pause for a one second. Then it starts again. I now have chest pain right in the middle upper behind my back and a slight pressure in my chest, and just a every once in awhile pain halfway down my left arm.I have a pacemaker already. I don t want to go into the ER only for them to send me home again. They took blood work and everything came back normal
