General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you are possibly having allergic conjunctivitis rhinitis and sinusitis which is causing you to have blocked nose and chest. Also, the watery eyes are caused by allergic reaction. You may need to take antihistamines such cetirizine or benadryl to help with the congestion.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
