Suggest Treatment For Heat Intolerance And Dizziness After Recovering From Anxiety

Hello, I have a question. I had long periode of stress and after a while ia got something like burn out i think. Since than i had really hard time with my self anxiety & stuff like that. Cose of all the things that ware happening in my body i quit working out and stopt doing evrything i was tierd and afreid. Now i am trying to get back on track but i have a problem with heat. I cant stand hot weather like i used to do. Allso wen i go to run or walk it seems like all the blood go s in my hands. Wen i quit the workeout i feal dizzy for a while. I allso have that fealing wen i go to shower wen i i am done i get visible blood vessels in my hands for few min. I didint had thiss things before and i am not sure what to do. My bloodpressure is allso lower than before. The most of times its around 110/65 or 115/75 Hope you can help me out. Thank you very much!

You do have anxiety disorder and anxiety disorder brings on so many weird symptoms which cannot be explained by medical science. Such symptoms often tend to be obsessive.
