Hi - i have seem to have heat rash from being in the Sun, I got this in Hawaii and came back to AUS and it went away with my doctor advising 2 x telfast. That was a year ago.
Now I have just gone to the beach and it has come back and the telfast double dose isn't really working, i am doing all the things they say on websites e.g. non greasy lotion, cool dry place and air conditioning.
Its not really helping to reduce the redness and itchness of it.
Any ideas of what I can try next?
