Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should first get evaluated by a gynaecologist for anatomical causes such fibromyoma, and an ultrasound should be done. You can use Norethisterone to stop the bleeding but first investigate the causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka
