Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding Post Child Birth

I gave birth 6 months ago. My menstrual cycle has always been regular. 28 days. +/- 1 day here or there. Even after his birth it became normal again. This cycle i was a week late. I believed i was pregnant. Three home ept test came negative. And this cycle is heavy bleeding. My family has history of continuing cycles through pregnancy...could i be pregnant? Or could this be hormones?

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Heavy bleeding is not consistent with pregnancy when three consecutive tests were negative rather its Harmonal imbalance or coagulopathy.
Do platelet count, coagulation profile and let doctor see your report.
I would suggest you to take Tranexamic acid capsule 500 mg TDS (Transamine). Iron and folic acid supplement.
If the problem still persists then go for above investigations and transvaginal ultrasound.
Hope it helps best.
