I had implanon inserted a few weeks ago. This is around my period time and the bleeding is extremely heavy. I am changing tampons almost every hour. Just now I was urinating and a large blood clot was urinated out and another one when I wiped. I have had bleeding this entire time so pregnancy is ruled out. I am concerned. I am 37 weigh 160 and had terminated a pregnancy 2 weeks prior to the insertion. I also would like to mention I normally dont smoke, but I had almost 1/2 a pack today so I'm freaking out that I'm going to spontaneously have a stroke.
