Suggest Treatment For Heavy Cough, Headache And Chest Congestion

Hi. I ve had head congestion, chest congestion, heavy cough, mucus in my chest for about 4 days. i have headaches due to heavy coughing. Can t seem to break up any congestion in my chest with cough syrup, mucinex. etc... What can I do to relieve these symptoms?
