hello doctor... m a female 27 years recently married and shifted to gulf....since 1.5 years m in gulf and facing cevere hair loss and thinning and split ends in hair...i had very thick hair and now i can count the starands.... i heard biotin capsules are good supplements of vitamin b in our body....can i use biotin i.e essvit biotin tablets 5 mg to replenish my hair back.same prob with my husband too..he will be getting bald spots soon in his head if he doesnt take any prevention.....i too m getting 1-2 hair white and little bald spots in the sides of my forehead.i have heavy hair fall.....
