Hello dear I understand your concern Heavy menstrual flow after intercourse is not normal. It could be a mecahnical trauma, vagainal infections, endometrial and cervix dysplasia, old endometrial tissue and rarely cancer. I would suggests to undergo vaginal examination, vaginal swab test, USG scan, PAP smear/colposcopy and reproductive hormone analysis. Take warm water sitz bath and proper rest Vaginal infection treated by the antibiotic course Maintain proper hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash. Other treatment will depend on the specific cause.
