Suggest Treatment For Heel Pain While Having Bone Spurs
what can be done to alleviate the pain of bones spurs in the foot. I am a maintenance mechanic and am on my feet a lot. I have had 2 surgeries to remove them from my right big toe but they came back and now I have one behind my little toe on the same foot.

Bone spurs are very common especially in people with osteroarthritis.The treatment of this condition may only be required if painful.I will suggest you try the following:
-Take a pain drug like aceclofenac
-If pain too intense and limiting the extent to which you can use your foot, i advise you see the orthopedist for evaluation.In this case, a surgical intervention may be considered.
