I m a male 22 years old athlete. I m currently about 6 2 looking to grow an extra 2 inches at least within next 3 months . I currently take NutraBio BCAA, L-Tryophan , Super B Complex and Creatine Daily with lots of water and excersing (weight lifting , plyometrics, cardio, basketball). Is there anything you can suggest for me ? I ve read a article that the top professional athletes get at least 8 hrs of sleep minimum to perform their best . Lastly I research and Found L-Arginine and L-ornithine could help . Thank you for your time
