Suggest Treatment For Helicobacter Pylori

I'm a 48 year old female, with history of excellent health, except 3 years ago I started having stomach problems, shortly after my sisters death. I started making my nightly glass of wine into a nightly bottle of wine and I started smoking every night too. Doctors tested me for everything, celiac, diabetes, liver, kidney, gallbladder, etc., and found nothing abnormal. My tests did show I was positive for H. Pylori, so they gave me the script for that. Suggested counseling and stop the self destructive behavior, which I finally did. I felt great up until a few weeks ago where I started experiencing nausea. My stomach feels tight and it feels as if someone is sitting on it, which causes me to have shortness of breath, especially when I lie on my back. I have to lie on my left side to feel comfortable to sleep. I'm also feeling more tired than usual. Feeling a little light headed and weak too, at times. I am normally a very active woman who works out everyday, but it's getting harder and harder. Is this a warning sign that I'm about to have a heart attack?!

Hello,
your symptoms sound similar to gallbladder or peptic ulcer disease. While chest pain, nausea, fatigue can be present in setting of cardiac disease, usually those symptoms are initially seen during periods of activity and are unlikely to be daily.
Additionally did you complete the antibiotics for the H.Pylori at that time? You can become re-infected with H.Pylori, if you have epigastric burning/aching pain, feelings of reflux/regurgitation , burning sensation consider repeat endoscopy.
if you notice these symptoms worsen with meals, could be related to gallbladder. Consider avoiding any fatty or greasy foods and getting an abdominal ultra sound for gallbladder if it persists.
