I welcome you to healthcare magic for your health concerns I am Dr Fahim and I will looking into your problem
I have gone through your question and understood your concern. The most common causes can be divided on basis of hematuria which can be appreciated with naked eye and the one which can only be appreciated under microscope. Gross hematuria can be with trauma and without trauma. Without trauma the causes can be urinary stone and severe infections if it is accompanied with pain and if without pain then there may be familial nephritis, urinary tract tumors etc. In your case we need some more investigations to reach a suitable diagnosis. To start with you need to have an Ultrasound KUB (Kidney, Ureter and Urinary bladder) followed by cystoscopy by a urologist, then he will be able to guide about further course of action.
I hope my answer will help. Do rate if you like it. Regards
Blood in urine may indicate any urinary tract infection or else any kidney stones and also poor hydration. as your antibiotic may influence your problem. If the the blood in urine reoccur on and off kindly do ultrasound and urine culture to rule out the cause.
