Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhagic Contusion In Brain CT Report

In plain CT Study of brain : (1) Evidence of hemorrhagic contusion with perilesional edema in left parietal region. (2) evidence of extracalvarial soft tissue swelling in right parieto occipital region. (3) evidence of mucosal thickening and collection in both sphenoid and in both ethmoid sinuses. (4) others all normal . What do ?

I have gone through the CT report and it represents post-traumatic brain injury with areas of bleed in the brain. I would suggest you get a complete assessment and physical evaluation of the patient mainly to check mental status, level of consciousness, alertness and orientation in time, space and person.

As for the intra cranial hemorrhage I would recommend you consult a neurosurgeon for clinical evaluation for further management accordingly.
