Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoid And Constipation
Hi, i've had a hemorrhoid for about 2 months now and i don't know how to get rid of it. I've used Anusol (the normal and the plus one with hydrocortizone) and that hasnt worked. I'm always constapated and i also often get a thrush type infection. Please help!

Hello,
Hemorrhoids may be due to excessive straining during defecation or chronic constipation. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks.
Take high fibre diet and do regular exercise, yoga and meditation. Use metamucil or benefiber for bulk formation of stools.
Use syrup Lactulose. If symptoms do not improve, please consult your surgeon who will examine and treat you accordingly.
