Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoid
good day doc! uhm.. i have a hemorrrhoid and im 22 years old.. it started year 2005 when i had constipations.. uhm.. its protruding but its painless.. sometimes it itches though.. but nothing more than that.. i dont know why all articles about it says it must be painful and bleeding.. coz i dont experience all of those.. my concern is.. is there a medication where i can somehow reduce the swolleness of my hemorrhoid without surgery ofcourse... thank you..

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Add fiber to your diet slowly to avoid problems with gas.
-Use topical treatments. Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone, or use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath.
