Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids And Blood In Stool

Hii..i am suffering from piles.i felt this in winters of 2015.with this i was suffering from pilo niddle sinus.i took surgery as treatment on 13 oct.16.after 10 days i feeling very pain,irritation and blood passed with stool.what should i do with an age of 28 years.pl suggest. Thanks in an advance
