I m pretty sure I have hemorrhoids. In the past I ve had bleeding every time I poop. Right now my hole feels extremely tight and I am having bad cramps because I have to poop. When I push it feels like the feces is 5 times the size of my hole. What do I do? It won t let it come out!!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having absolute constipation resulting hard fecolyth giving difficulty passing stool.
There seems infected hemorrhoids still producing difficulty for easy evacuation.
Insert glycerine suppository.
If require go for enema.
Take daily liquid Crimaffin for constipation.
Take plenty of water.
Consult surgeon for hemorrhoids.
Ok and take care.
