Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids

This is YYYY@YYYY and I recently noticed I have hemorrhoids I have not been seen for and I used my little finger and a small amount of lube to try and help poop out and when I pulled out there was pretty bright red blood. what do I do?? Do I go to E.R. or can I wait for appointment tomorrow?

Understanding your concern.

Thanks for your query . Hemorrhoids can occurs due to various reasons like constipation ,diarrhea and over weight . First you should stop taking spicy food and start taking more fruits and liquid diet specially at night to keep stool soft . Sometimes hard stool cause puncture in inflamed tissue and cause bleeding that where probability of infection increase .

I would suggest you to give cold compresses to inflamed area , take ibuprofen or paracetamol for pain and inflammation and apply cream containing anesthesia (lidicain ) before passing stool to reduce the pain .

Consult doctor for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics if there is infection , and may recommend therapy like laser therapy or sclerotherapy.

Radish juice will be very helpful.
