Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids

I have had hammrhoids for about 6 months now and i have tried every ointment nothing works. I also am having really bad GI problems (bad gas, loose stools etc). I eat very healthy and workout 5-6 days a week for 2 hours. The constant loose stools are making my haemorrhoids very worse to the point where the sphincter is smaller due to swelling and causes excruciating pain during bowel movements

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the hemorrhoid condition then it may need surgery, other GI symptoms could be due to some infection and it can be well managed with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day for five days hope this information helps.
