Hello dear
Hemorrhoids don’t have to completely alter your life.
While you may not feel like exercising, moving your body is one of the best kinds of therapy for hemorrhoids.
Walking,
aerobics, yoga and Zumba are just a few exercises that you can do to improve your overall health.
Swimming is a perfect exercise for hemorrhoid sufferers.
Swimming increases blood circulation and tones the muscles in your entire body.
This is especially helpful for people who suffer from hemorrhoids because the swollen and stretched vessels have poor circulation and blood can pool in the vessels.
When you exercise, oxygen and nutrients flow through all arteries, veins and vessels including the anal and rectal area.
Increased blood flow helps reduce the severity of hemorrhoids.
Other guideline u can follows are below.
1. foods rich in
dietary fiber,
2. intake of more oral fluids to maintain hydration
3. nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: Tablet brufen/paracetamol
4. Avoid straining to pass stools, as this may make your haemorrhoids worse
5. after passing a stool, use moist toilet paper or baby wipes to clean your bottom, rather than dry toilet paper pat the area around your bottom, rather than rubbing it.
6.Warm (but not hot) sitz baths a: sit in about 8 cm of warm water for 15 minutes, several times a day, especially after a bowel movement.
7. Steroid-containing agents should not be used for more than 14 days, as they may cause thinning of the skin.
8. petroleum jelly or
zinc oxide, an
analgesic agent such as
lidocaine, and a vasoconstrictor such as
epinephrine can be used
9. If symptoms persist, your doctor may suggest one of the following procedures. Many can be performed as a day-case:
- Injection or
sclerotherapy.
- Banding.
- Coagulation or cauterisation
- Surgery: Doppler-guided, transanal hemorrhoidal dearterialization and stapled hemorrhoidopex
Hope this may help you.
Take care
