General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Consult the surgeon and get examine properly for better management
Doctor will give following advices for hemorrhoids

1. foods rich in dietary fiber,
2. intake of more oral fluids to maintain hydration
3. nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: Tablet brufen/paracetamol
4. Avoid straining to pass stools and during the sex, as this may make your haemorrhoids worse
5. after passing a stool, use moist toilet paper or baby wipes to clean your bottom, rather than dry toilet paper pat the area around your bottom, rather than rubbing it.
6.Warm (but not hot) sitz baths a: sit in about 8 cm of warm water for 15 minutes, several times a day, especially after a bowel movement.
7. petroleum jelly or zinc oxide, an analgesic agent such as lidocaine, and a vasoconstrictor such as epinephrine can be used
8. Steroid for short term can be used to if not responds
9. If symptoms persist, your doctor may suggest one of the following procedures. Many can be performed as a day-case:
- Injection or sclerotherapy.
- Banding.
- Coagulation or cauterisation
- Surgery: Doppler-guided, transanal hemorrhoidal dearterialization and stapled hemorrhoidopex
Hope this may help you.
