Suggest Treatment For Hepatomegaly With Fatty Infiltration
Hai Doctor , I am 51 of aged, Diagnosed with Hepatomegaly with the Liver measuring 17.5Cms with Grade 2 Fatty infiltration. No focal mass lesion, No dilatation of intra hepatic biliary radicles. Hepatic veins are normal. Portal vein is normal. CBD is normal. I am not alcoholic or Smoker. I am diabetic for the last 15 years. (Hba1c 6.5). Cholesterol level is normal (145). Please advice Unnikrishnan 51years Kerala, India

check your bmi. lab tests mp smear, cbp. leptospira ab, hbsag, lft,. etc. reduce meat, eat more veg and fruits.
