Suggest Treatment For Hepatomegaly
Hello sir, my dad has suggested to take abdomen scan by doctor .the report says he has mild hepatomegaly with fatty changes and mild increase in cortical echoes in both kidneys.our doctor says to continue the medicines prescribed by him .however we r confused , plz say some correct solution to us

stop taking hepato toxic drug or alcoholic drinks sgot and spt may be done hepatic profile and renal profile may be done. stop taking alcohol and smoking.exclconsult physician for clinical assessment. exclude calculi by taking ultrasound kub. liver stimulating drug like livogen may be taken monitoring of condition is to be done. consult physician for clinical assessment look for symptoms like nausea vomiting and dyspepsia. icterus can be observed.
