Hi welcome to health care magic....

Here no need to become panic....
First consult good physician in your area with keeping my answer in mind ....

The infection like malaria , typhoid can lead hepatosplenomegaly.
For that malaria rapid card test or PS examination done....For typhoid widal test...

Second infectious mononucleosis or cytomegalovirus infection can lead such presentation.for that lymph nodes palpated with history for sore throat....

Third rule out liver causes by liver function tests like bilirubin , serum albumin , PT etc...

Fourth rule out hemolytic anemia and leukemia by peripheral smear examination ....if needed specific investigation done with HPLC.....

I have given you best approach but physical examination and detail history will guide more specific investigation needed.

Take care.
