What does it mean if you have we and after just a gush of all his cum falls out ? Whats the best way to get pregnantwith an irregular period ? I have a hernia on my belly button if that matters . Me and my soon to be husband have been tryin for a while now and no luck please help me also I heard about concieveplus do you no anything about that ?

I understand your concern.
Hernia around belly button is called 'umbalical hernia'. Hernia anywhere in the abdominal wall suggest weakness and could cause complications if not repaired.
You need to undergo an operation through surgical correction called 'herniorrhaphy', in which a mesh is placed, which gives strength to the abdominal wall.
Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for appropriate evaluation and management.
