Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I just started to have dark red blood I n urine this morning but now is light color I figure from a possible mineral build up I passed a stone about 9 mos ago, However Im more concerned about the Very sensitive Groin I use a support truss for a hernia 3 yrs now but awaiting to lose enough weight to operate Im prime now at 230 lbs Sore and Bloody
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
An inguinal hernia will not heal by itself and does require surgery to be repaired. The hernia may only be a small lump in the groin but can grow much larger over time. Lifting heavy objects, working out, and exercises that use the abdominal muscles can make the hernia bulge,so I suggest to avoid these activities.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
