Suggest Treatment For Herniated Disc
i am a truck driver with l5 s1 6mm herniated annular tear disc and work in a warehouse. will my back heal on its own or do i need surgery. 39 yrs old 250 pds. 5yrs ago i had testicular cancer stage 1 with radiation therapy and pilonad cyst 2yrs ago.

completely. there is usually still pain from the disc and usually disc disease is also associated with arthritis if the facet joints is painful. there are good medication and injection treatments to try before surgery
