Suggest Treatment For High BP And Afib

I am 68 yrs, with high blood pressure and Afib every now and then my pulse goes over 120 and I am on Micardis 180mg Metoprolol ER 50 mg twice a day ,Losartan/ HCTZ 50/12.5mg so what shall I do every time my pulse go High , it last for few hrs Thanks
