Suggest Treatment For High BP And Symptoms Of Having Angina In An Elderly Person

My resting heart rate 10 mins after waking is between 40 bpm and 43 bpm I am a 72 year old male and have always had allow heart rate and always engaged in cardiac and resistance training. Never had any ill effects to date and still train. Yet have high bp and some suggestion of angina !. Feel fine but bewildered by the detrimental symptoms that manifest. Any Inof please, Thank you. Ray.

Hi,

It is highly recommended to visit a hospital if any of the symptoms of angina appear. Get your ECG and echo done as soon as possible.
