I am 71 female; have high blood pressure for which I take many meds to keep under control; am diabetic; on synthroid for thyroid disease. Last evening, I had little appetite, was falling asleep in my chair, got up for bed, could hardly walk, very dizzy, couldn t focus, threw up, bowel discharge very black. BP several times over several hours average 80-90/50-60; Pulse keeps going up from my norms in 70 s to high 90 s, even 100. Have had no meds since am yesterday. Sugar normal. Any idea?
