Suggest Treatment For High BP In A Rheumatoid Arthritis Patient?

My husbandi s 34 years old and he is a table job holder. He is suffering from reumatoid arthritis since 2011. He did consultation with arthritis doctor in every 3 months and sometimes in 6 months. His weight is 70 kg but in last 6 months , his weight is only 68. now his blood pressure is 130/90. What would be the best solution for reducing his blood pressure.

Hello,my name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.The treatment for high blood pressure can be:
-ace inhibator:enalapril 20 mg
-beta inhibatior :atenolol 100 mg
-diuretics:hydrochlortiazide 25 mg 1 tb in the morning.Other advices are a helthy diet,exercises every day,minimise the level of stress.If the situation gets worse see a cardiologyst
