Hi,

1. Since your father is suffering from high bp, you must monitor it regularly. If blood pressure is not controlled it can lead to various problems, like fatigue as you mentioned. ( what medicine he is taking is also to be considered. you did not mention the name or dose of medicine)

2. He has thyroid problems also. you need to get thyroid function tests done, again to check whether thyroid levels are controlled or not ( is it hypothyroid or hyperthyroid, I need to know). uncontrolled thyroid levels can also lead to symptoms which he is having.

3. His red blood cell count is low, so even that can lead to tiredness. we need to find a reason for the same. get some investigations done for it like complete blood count, peripheral blood film, stool test.

4. for fatty liver also we need to evaluate for the functioning of the liver. again for this he needs to do some tests like liver function and lipid profile.

5.you told he is becoming senseless, does he become unconscious??, If yes then he needs to do imaging brain (MRI BRAIN ). So in a nutshell, he needs to get thoroughly investigated all his problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Milinda Gupta
