Suggest Treatment For High BP, Weight Gain And Addison's Disease

I have Addison's but I don't have low bloop pressure it's actually high, I'm gaining weight, hurt all the time , tired, don't want to do anything . Dr has me on 10 mg of prednisone daily I have NO cortisol just had it checked blood test it was 4 is this normal thinking of looking for a different endocrinologist

Hello,
I can understand your concern
Once the diagnoses of Addison is made, the follow up is mainly clinical rather than biochemical.
So you have to check the blood pressure, weight ect and it means that the dose is high if the blood pressure is above normal ranges.
You should be instructed to raise the dose in case of illnesses and have the Addison card with you wherever you go.
