Suggest Treatment For High BP While On Treatment For A Viral Infection

My husbands blood pressure was 160/102. He was seen at a Redi-med for a viral infection. His numbers are usually high but I have never seen them this high. The redi-med only said it s a bit high. These numbers worry me. He is stubborn about going in for a physical. What do you think about these numbers.

Hi, I think he should be evaluated. His blood pressure is quite high. So he may require antihypertensive drugs. Monitor his BP two times per day. Get his liver function and kidney function tested. Hope I have answered your question.
