Suggest Treatment For High LDL And HDL Levels

I was diagnosed with Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance and my HDL level doubled in 6 months. The doctor didn t seem concerned and said I could see her in 12 months. My LDH level went from 130 to 255. Should I be concerned? And what blood test do I look for that tells me the level of M protein? I have a history of thyroid cancer and tongue cancer. No I haven t smoked in35 years

HDL is a good cholesterol if its level is high don't bother about it.
You should do serum as well as urine electrophoresis to look for M protein.
Also do serum immunoglobulin levels.
