My son age is 18.he is suffering from epilepsy since last fout year and having Tegral .his sgpt is rising because of tegral. Now sgpt reading is 360. His weight is 90 kg and heightis 6 feet and 4 inches.no other medicine suit him instead tegral.hoe can we reduce his sgpt?

He taking carbamazepin drug for long duration
Thus drug have tendency to raised liver enzymes..
So raised sgpt can be from that..
Investigation with PT, USG and serum bilirubin estimation also should be done
Dose adjustment can be done If feels by treating physicians
