Suggest Treatment For High Blood Glucose Levels

My husbands chemo treatment was cancelled after 2 treatment s due to the many side effects. It has been 3 weeks since his last treatment and today they called to say his blood work from Thursday showed a high glucose level. Tonight I tested his blood level 2 hours after eating and it tested at 345. Is this concerning?

Hi
Went through your post, your husband has underlying some kind of malignancy which you haven't mentioned name, any way your has diabetes too so he needs treatment for it and if he is already on treatment for diabetes the dose of antidiabetics needs to be increased or another drug added.
And yes blood glucose of 350 is very high needs to be treated as early as possible.

Regards.
