Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And IBS

hi i have a high blood pressure and i m on medication for almost 6 years now i followed a plant base diet for a couple weeks now i lost about 2 ibs to my b pressure had drop to normal reading . can i stop my meds because im affraid it will affect my heart puls or the i need to cut it in half . thanks

Hi if your Blood pressure is normal, you can stop medication, but do monitor frequently, since it may go up again--regards
