Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Fatigue

Yes, I 53 years of age in excellent health, have been checked out by the doctor and all signs are good: blood work good, no prostate cancer, no high blood pressure. Nonetheless, for over a year or so I have been feeling extremely fatigued, especially in the mornings and then through the day. The past two weeks I have been experiencing an even higher level of fatigue, just so drained of energy. Is there anything I can take for this condition that I can buy from the health store. Thank You
